In 1976 Abaza established his company. Centre of Development & Commerce Wagih Abaza (CDC). Abaza became the sole agent for Automobiles Peugeot in Egypt. Great sales were made upon importing Peugeot cars such as 104.204.205.304.305.306.504.505 & 605. Abaza's ambition did not just stop at this stage. for he had a deeper vision assemble cars in Egypt to fit the Egyptian economy and add to the competitiveness of his company in the car market Thus he submitted the project of assembling cars in Egypt in 1979.It wasn't until 1993 that the approval was granted. In 1994. the first Peugeot car. the 405 was out in the market leading the way for all assembled cars.

Wagih Abaza is considered one of the founders of the automotive market in Egypt With more than 30 years in the automotive business the name Wagih Abaza' has been acquainted with trust power' reliability and durability.
